Does CSM provide food?
No. Please bring the diet that your dog is currently eating. Changing a dogs diet drastically can cause stomach upset.
If for some reason your dog runs out of food during their stay at CSM we have plenty of very healthy food options that we can use to tide them over until they go home.

What days do you pick up and drop off from Chicago?
We are flexible to each and every clients' needs. Typically we are in the city 3-4 times per week and can accommodate most schedule requests. However, we may ask to pick up your dog a day early and/or drop off a day later than your ideal request.
For clients traveling in the morning hours we highly suggest that your dog be picked up the day before you depart. For clients returning home in the evening we highly suggest that your dog be dropped off the morning after you return home.
What if my dog gets injured or sick during their stay at CSM?
Thankfully this has never happened at CSM (even with the major outbreak of dog influenza that hit Chicago Spring of 2015).
In the instance that your dog becomes ill or injured we would contact the owner immediately and then seek veterinary care from our wonderful local vet (Please see their information below).
